- Attendance records including check-in/check-out times and device identifiers.
- Location data when you check in or while on-site tracking is active, subject to app permissions.
- Network information such as WiFi SSID when verifying office check-ins.
How we use information
We use collected data to operate attendance tracking, generate reports for your organization, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Your organization's admins and managers can access attendance data for members of their workspace.
Data retention
Attendance records are retained for the duration of your organization's subscription and as required for legal or operational purposes.
